Personal AWS lab Terraform rebuild in progress

An AWS architecture I built by hand. Now I’m rebuilding it with Terraform—connecting the commands to the bigger picture.

Simplified overview of the original personal learning project.

01 / Choose your path

Four skills. One foundation.

Start with Linux. Explore AWS and Azure. Bring the pieces together with Terraform.

Guest progress stays in this browser. Practice in the browser lab below; cloud architecture exercises do not deploy paid resources.

02 / Keep it practical

A command away
from understanding.

Find a command, copy it, and practice in your Linux terminal. Replace example filenames with your own.

Linux / Ubuntu / WSL

03 / Meet your instructor

Hi, I’m Alexis Espinosa.

I created Linform to make Linux, AWS, Azure, and Terraform easier to understand through hands-on learning.

My approach: explain the concept, show the steps, and connect it to something you can build.

Guest mode · Progress saves in this browser.

Guest lessons need no account. When you create an account, AWS Cognito stores your email and credentials; Linform stores completed lesson IDs linked to your account. Your guest history stays separate.

Student data and privacy

Linform is operated by Alexis Espinosa. Guest progress and per-account progress caches stay in this browser until you clear its site data. When accounts are available, Cognito manages sign-in and password recovery; completed lesson IDs are stored in Linform's AWS account to provide sync. Terminal files and quiz answers are not sent to the progress service. Sign-in tokens stay in memory and are discarded on reload or sign-out. Contact alexise2003@outlook.com to request account and progress deletion. Form inquiries use FormSubmit, which processes the information you submit. Do not enter passwords or private information into the practice lab.
